My wife and I bought a car last November from Ashford motors and had an excellent experience from beginning to end. The car has met all expectations, it had to undergo its first NCT test at the time of purchase and had a couple of minor issues that were sorted and only original parts supplied without hesitation. Couldn’t be happier having got a deal done in Ashford Motors for my BMW 840d yesterday. The guys sorted the handover for me late in the evening as I couldn’t make it early on.. Nadia, Owen, Ryan and Matty were brilliant from start to finish, such a great bunch of people who simply love cars. Ryan had the car serviced and fuelled up for me in a matter of hours and had it ready to rock by evening which was fantastic, no waiting around for days and losing sleep with excitement because of the wait. I found the whole experience so refreshing as there wasn’t a bit of pressure at any stage of the process, which wouldn’t be the norm when buying this type of car… to put it simply: you do what you need to do, when it suits you and the team will look after you the best they can. This business is filled with such down to earth people and a really warm, welcoming vibe in the showroom as well. I couldn’t recommend the gang at Ashford enough, they are an absolute pleasure to deal with. Will certainly be back in the future! Thanks again folks! From start to finish, everything was superb. They were extremely helpful with both selling my previous car and sourcing the one I’m driving now, the whole process was seamless. Ashford Motors will be my first stop for any cars we buy in the future. Genuine people who actually listen and match you with the right car which, in this game, is worth its weight in horsepower. Over the years I’ve dealt with some of the biggest main dealers as well as smaller independents, but this place is hands down top tier. Most amazing car-buying experience my wife & I have ever had... Had never heard of the place, or indeed of Nadia - but am so very glad we found Ashford motors; A stunning collection of high-spec cars to suit most tastes, and more of a homely atmosphere than a cold hard-sell corporate showroom. Warm & friendly - yet no nonsense approach to the whole process - with trade-in deals as good as anywhere. Cannot speak highly enough of the treatment from start to finish.
